Effects of casticin on the expression of proteins involved in apoptosis.

Western blot analysis was used to determine the expression levels of anti-apoptosis proteins (cFLIP, Bcl-2, XIAP, cIAP-1 and survivin) and pro-apoptosis proteins (Bax and Bid). β-actin was used as the loading control.
