(A) A series of hyperpolarizing current ranging from −30 to −80 pA (−10 pA/step) was injected into a MGB neuron for 500 ms before (Baseline), during (NaSal), and after (Wash) application of 1.4 mM NaSal. The Vrest is indicated beside the traces. (B) Mean Rin (n = 23) and (C) Vrest (n = 28) before (Baseline), during (NaSal), and after (Wash) application of 1.4 mM NaSal in the MGB neuron.
