Real-time RT-PCR detection of (A) LRIG1, (B) TP63, (C) DLL1, and (D) ITGB1 mRNA levels for cells on micro-patterned substrates. Cells were seeded onto 20 µm islands and allowed to adhere for 1 h before rinsing and treating with carrier or 2 µM SB202190. Expression levels were normalized to the 1 h time point and represent the means ± SEM of 3 experiments.
