FTY720 could normalize the index (P<0.05). When PKCβII was up-regulated, the anti-apoptosis effect of FTY720 was significantly significantly decreased(P<0.05). * P<0.05 Compared with Control Group. # P<0.05 Compared with HG Group. & P<0.05 Compared with HG+FTY720 Group.
