Annexin V assay to detect apoptosis in Ovcar3 cells.

Ovcar3 cells were serum starved for 24 hours and treated with vehicle control (DMSO) or 10 µM of CGZ or TGZ for (A) 4 hours, (B) 8 hours, or (C) 12 hours. Results are the means ± SEM of 3 measurements from three individual experiments. Light gray bars represent viable cells; dark gray bars represent cells undergoing early and late apoptosis as well as those that are dead. Bars that do not share a letter or number designation are significantly different (p<0.05).
