The reaction mixture and conditions were the same as in Fig. 6, except that (a) waste frying olive oil and (b) different vegetable oils were used as substrate. Olive oil was included as a control substrate. Triglycerides (TGs), diglycerides (DGs), monoglycerides (MGs) and free-fatty acids (FFAs).
