thesis
posted on 2018-10-01, 07:07 authored by THI NHU QUYNH NGUYEN
This thesis investigates contemporary values education in Vietnam as experienced in two upper secondary schools from a whole school approach within three levels of curriculum: the planned curriculum, the enacted curriculum and the experienced curriculum. The research findings suggest suitable methods and strategies of values education to a specific school community in Vietnam. This outcome also raises the urgent call for further timely in-depth research and practical experiments to foster and implement effective values education in the Vietnamese schooling context drawing on the successful practices of the wider global education community.
