Health journalism, built from peer-reviewed research, can facilitate the adoption and integration of evidence-based health interventions into clinical and community settings. But journalism and its potential to better public health misses opportunities for the public to gain an understanding and appreciation of this evidence if audiences cannot access the primary research. This poster presents research to determine what percentage of journal articles linked in the news are publicly accessible.
