USE OF TRAINEES WITHOUT WORK OF COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS: REAL LEARNING OR EMPLOYMENT DISGUISED?
This article, research results conducted by the judiciary in Pelotas, aims to assess the applicability or not of Law No. 11,788 / 08. We conducted several interviews with trainees Common Justice, Federal Court and the Labor Court in the city of Pelotas, Brazil, whose research instrument verified that the main stage of the law's requirements were being met by public entities that hire this work in the form stage. Therefore, the institutes was used of labor law, which support and characterize the employment relationship and attempts to demonstrate that the major share of the cases examined it is not stage, but the employment contract even if hidden under the stage mantle.
