Two new 3D Cd(II) MOFs based on a C-centered triangular flexible carboxylate and two pyridine auxiliary ligands
Two novel 3D coordination polymers {[Cd3(TCOPM)2dpe]·6H2O·DMF}n (1) and {[Cd3(TCOPM)2pdp]·5H2O·DMF}n (2) based on a C-centered tripodal flexible carboxylate ligand (H3TCOPM = tris(p-carboxyphenyl)methane) and two pyridine mixed ligands (dpe = 1,2-di-4- pyridylethene, pdp = 4,4′-Azopyridine) with (3.42)2(36.414.518.618.78.82)(3) net have been synthesized by hydrothermal method. MOFs 1 and 2 consist of an infinite 3D network using TCOPM3− and bpe/pdp as mixed bridge ligands. Fluorescence spectrum measurement indicates that MOF 1 shows strong fluorescence emission spectrum at 451 nm (λmax) in the solid state at room temperature and realizes tunable emission spectrum through tuning from single ligand to mixed ligand.
