Tomorrow's technology starts with today's spectrum planning

It explores new radiocommunication-based technologies and applications that increasingly require the sharing of limited spectrum. Associated with that it also discusses new approaches to spectrum planning in order to facilitate adoption and further innovation in this rapid growth sector. A postscript briefly updates events since Radcomms08.
