Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
Fileset used in the paper: "Time lapse, in situ imaging of ice crystal growth with confocal microscopy", published in ACS Omega (see link below)
The fileset comprises the Jupyter notebook that contains the image analysis Python code used to segment the crystals from the confocal microscopy images, obtain their contours, and measure the growth rate, and a sequence of confocal microscopy images. The sequence of images provided here is the one used in the notebook.
