The overall objective of this research is to study the non-catalytic pyrolysis of ASR and catalytic purification its oil in a lab-scale , fixed-bed reactor and a bench-scale, fixed-bed reactor to examine the characteristics and yield (concentration) of oil produced by varying parameters i.e. temperature and catalyst type.
