Incubations was as in , lane 9, except that the WT (RNA-S) or mutated (RNA-S-mtU) target RNA was used at concentrations varying from 22 to 530 nM (molar excess from 3 to 48, as indicated above the lanes). The percentages of Pab91 sRNA in RNP5 and complex CII are given below the lanes.
