mechanical_and_geometric_setup.nb: Code which produces the networks shown in Fig. 2.

stability_calculations.nb: Produces the numerical data underlying Fig. 6.

strainDriven.txt and stressDriven.txt: Data generated by stability_calculations.nb saved in tabular form.

probabilities_plotting.nb: Visualisations of the numerical data (strainDriven.txt and stressDriven.txt) which underlies Figs. 6 and 7.

algebra_checks.nb: Verification of the main mathematical results of the paper. Verification is done by comparing algebraic expressions (e.g. J = K P D) component-wise with results obtained from Mathematica using commands like Solve, DSolve or Series.
