<div>A presentation that examines the relationship and application of Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) to Enterprise Architecture (EA).</div><div><br></div><div>The primary purpose of the presentation was to increase awareness of how emotions (relating to Emotional Intelligence) and personal values (relating to Spiritual Intelligence) influence how we make decisions.<br></div><div><br></div><div>Presented at the CAUDIT Symposium on EA in Higher Education held from 21 to 23 November 2016.</div><div><br></div><div>The presentation was delivered in 5 minutes using a lightning talk style format (20 slides at 15 seconds per slide), hence the slightly unusual format.</div><div></div><div><br></div><div>While the presentation was tailored specifically for enterprise architects in higher education, in reality, it relates to all people and every aspect of one's life.</div><div><br></div><div>The presentation draws on ancient wisdom from philosophy, psychology and spirituality dating back to the time of the ancient Greeks and perhaps much earlier, as well as, more modern fields such as neuroscience.</div><div><br></div><div>While aspects of the presentation may be considered quite superficial when contrasted to other sources that may provide a much deeper discussion on topics relating to spirituality, the intention of the presentation was to (a) increase general awareness of some of the concepts relating to Spiritual Intelligence and how it effects our daily lives, and (b) to provide a simple how-to-guide for anyone wishing to understand how they can bring greater purpose and meaning to both their personal and working life.</div><div><br></div><div>The presentation is provided in good faith in the hope that it may in some very small way provide some benefit to humanity.</div><div><br></div>
