(A) The top 10% most brightly stained EpCAM positive HepG2 cells were purified by flow cytometry. A representative analysis of EpCAM+ HepG2 cell purity after sorting is shown. (B) The expression of EpCAM in EpCAM negative or positive HepG2 cells was evaluated using western blot analysis. (C) Flow cytometry analysis of HLA-ABC (MHC-I) and HLA-DR (MHC-II) expression in EpCAM+ HepG2 cells. HLA-ABC and HLA-DR expression in EpCAM+ HepG2 cells is indicated by the black areas. The data are expressed as the mean±SD, and significant differences between the treated groups were detected using ANOVA followed by the Dunnett’s test. # p<0.05 compared with the HepG2.
