This was calculated by using the JPL Horizons website (https://ssd.jpl.nasa.gov/horizons.cgi), with the target body as TESS(spacecraft) [-95] and the observer as Geocentric [500]. The times given are the minimum orbital distance from Earth and are good to 15 minutes.
The emphemeris is from June 16, 2019.
