In the movie, a volume rendering of the entire intact mouse brain is shown as well as virtual slices through the reconstructed density. Additionally, the results of the high-resolution scans obtained for a 1mm biopsy punch from the left andright hemipshere, respectively, are shown in relation to this overview scan. Therefore, the positions of these punches can be set in relation to the entire brain.
