<p>Scaffolds of > 250 Kbp from Chalara fraxinea TGAC assembly 1 at https://github.com/ash-dieback-crowdsource/data/tree/master/ash_dieback/chalara_fraxinea/Kenninghall_wood_KW1/assemblies/gDNA/KW1_assembly_version1</p> <p>were examined using IsoPlotter v2.3 (Eran Elhaik and Dan Graur doi:10.1093/nar/gkq532) to identify compositionally non-homogenous domains.
