Set working directory testing and confirmation file

This is a simple text (.txt) file for use in the NEON Data Skills tutorials. This file is meant to be downloaded and read into any computer programming environment as an example of how to read data from the 'current working directory'. This file does nothing more than confirm that the exercise was successful.
