This repository contains all the data and code necessary to reproduce all analyses and recreate figures from the following publication:

This project examined how competition with a non-susceptible host species (Daphnia pulicaria) influenced infection dynamics in a focal host. The `Rmd` file in this directory contains both epidemiological model, and analysis of experimental data.
