Proceso de construcción de un instrumento de un instrumento de análisis sobre las competencias profesionales necesarias para desarrollar competencias básicas en alumnos de secundaria

This study is a part of a research project that funded by the UCM and the Community of Madrid. The communication tries to show the developing process of a survey instrument on teachers’ professional competencies to develop key competencies in secondary school students. So that, in the academic year 2012­‐13 three studies were realized as a non­‐experimental design of mixed type: document analysis and qualitative and
quantitative assessments by 14 judges. Firstly, we found a huge volume of information to develop the first instrument. We realized a first version with 23 items. Next, this version was analyzed by experts and we applied
the criteria of the Lawshe’s mathematical model (1975). Taking into account the minimum values of reason we eliminated those items that obtained a lower score. Also we considered reformulate the unclear items. In short, the development of the different phases of the study allowed modifying the language of the instrument and simplifying the tool to 18 items.
