Pragmatic, scalable aggregation of organismal interaction data

<div>Large-scale ecological data sets are</div><div>essential to enhance our understanding of</div><div>biodiversity in a changing world. Yet,</div><div>efforts to aggregate and harmonize</div><div>ecological data at a global scale are still in</div><div>their infancy.</div><div><br></div><div>Global Biotic Interactions (GloBI) builds an</div><div>extensible, open-source infrastructure for</div><div>the dynamic integration and sharing of</div><div>species interaction data. GloBI acts as a</div><div>catalyst for connecting previously siloed</div><div>communities through the data they share.</div><div>This approach helps to improve the</div><div>resilience, quality, and diversity of the</div><div>data ecosystem as a whole.</div>
