Phylogenetic relationships of 13 PCGs and 2 rRNAs using ML methods

Phylogenetic relationships of the 23 species inferred from mitochondrial genome using 13 PCGs (ND2, COX1, COX2, ATP8, ATP6, COX3, ND3, ND5, ND4, ND4L, ND6, CYTB, and ND1) and 2 rRNAs (rrnL and rrnS), referring to the Maximum Likelihood (ML) methods. Liposcelis sculptilimacula from the order Psocoptera was used as outgroup. The scale bar indicates the number of substitutions per site.
