This .fasta file contains the trimmed and partitioned alignment file of the best mitochondrial genomes used to generate the final calibrated phylogenetic tree (Figure 1). Note the reference sequence was only used to determine first and second codon positions for partition finder analysis, and was removed prior to the phylogenetic analysis.
