Overexpression of GPATCH3 inhibits RLR-mediated signaling.

(A) 293T cells (1 x 10⁵) were cotransfected with empty vectors or increased amounts of GPATCH3 expression plasmids together with indicated luciferase reporters (0.05 μg each). Twenty-four hours after transfection, cells were stimulated with SeV for 12 hours before luciferase assays were performed.
