Notes and Observations on Specimens of Torosaurus utahensis at the National Museum of Natural History
Torosaurus utahensis was first described in 1946 by Charles Gilmore (who tentatively placed it in the genus Arrhinoceratops), with most of the material residing at the Smithsonian Institution’s National Museum of Natural History (USNM) in Washington, D.C. In 2000, I spent a bit of time with this material (not the last time), and the notes from that session are presented here.
