Social determinants of health are conditions in the places where people live, learn, work and play. Affecting a wide range of health risks and outcomes, they’re increasingly seen as levers of change. Key to the advancement of nature as a social determinant of health is engaging societal thought leaders in the professional medical community. With this webinar, we’ll discuss the concept of nature as a social determinant of health, its role in improving population wellness, and some of the challenges of getting physicians to incorporate nature prescriptions into their practices and in under resourced communities.
