Morphology changes of fundus and retinas of KM^ush/ush and control mice.

(A-B), Fundus photography performed at P21. KM^ush/ush mice (B) exhibited severe attenuation of retinal vessels and waxy pallor of the optic discs in comparison with controls (A). Atrophy of the retina and choroidal vessels were clearly visible. (C-J), Retinal sections of KM^ush/ush and control mice. (G-J), Retinas of control mice at P7 (G), P14 (H), P21 (I) and P56 (J).
