Movie showing the behaviour of a molecular Cu(II) precursor for the chemical vapor deposition of copper oxide nanostructures on the heated surface of the growth Si/SiO2 support. 

Atom colors - Molecular complex: Cu=yellow, F=green, O=red, N=blue, C=grey, H=white; Surface: Si=black, O=red, H=white. 
Two different formats of the movie (mpeg, mp4) are available.
