Massively Increasing TIMEX3 Resources: A Transduction Approach

It's hard to automatically pin down exactly which year and date is meant by a time in text (e.g. "yesterday" or "last autumn"). The more data we have on this, the better. We found that we could extract a lot of high-quality data about times and dates by using some old datasets.
