The purposed Pilot is applied to the fields of Tourism and Catering. So this Alliance adopts the Knowledge Triangle with Triple Helix Model allowing different subjects to interchange needs and rules in a growing genetic learning. It satisfies the horizon aimed by EU in impacting on training provision, fostering its relevance and improving economic competitiveness and growth.
