Final atlas created from the atlas-to-template warping technique performed using the mask_script code to obtain labels for the striatum, globus pallidus, and thalamus. Label legend: 1 - left striatum; 2 - left globus pallidus; 3 - left thalamus; 4 - right striatum; 5 - right globus pallidus; 6 - right thalamus
