Knockdown of lncRNA-ROR reversed hypertrophic responses of cardiomyocytes.

(A) After the transfection of ROR-specific siRNA, the mRNA expression of lncRNA-ROR was dramatically decreased compared with the control siRNA-transfected cells. (B) The enlarged cardiomyocytes induced by PE treatment was attenuated by the transfection of lncRNA-ROR. The mRNA (C) and protein (D) expression levels of ANP and BNP were decreased after the knockdown of lncRNA-ROR. * p<0.05, ** p<0.01 compared with control siRNA-treated cells.
