International Librarians Network Participant Matching Script

<p>Over four years, the International Librarians Network (ILN) provided free online peer-mentoring to over 5,500 participants from 130 countries. Participants used the program to explore the international world of librarianship, building global networks and sharing knowledge with colleagues around the world.</p> <p><br></p> <p>The ILN created a script for matching pairs of participants together for the peer mentoring program. This fileset includes copies of the scripts and associated documentation about the matching process. </p> <p><br></p> <p>This document is a part of the supplementary material the ILN team is releasing under a CC-BY license to support and encourage other library groups to develop their own programs. </p>
