(B) Both A549 and H1299 cells transfected with siRNA-Wnt1 resulted in inhibition of cell migration using wound-healing assay. (C) Transfection of A549 and H1299 cells with siRNA-Wnt1 inhibited cell invasion using transwell migration assays. Images were captured at 200× optical magnification.
