<p>(A) ROS levels were detected in PMs from <i>anxa2</i><sup><i>-/-</i></sup> mice pre-injected with rotenone, DPI, APO, and NAC, respectively. (B) PMs from WT and <i>anxa2</i><sup><i>-/-</i></sup> mice were subjected to qPCR to detect the NOX1, NOX3, and NOX4 expression. (C) Mice were pretreated with H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub> or DPI and at 12 h or 24 h post-CLP, ROS levels in PMs were detected. (D) IL-17A in peritoneal lavage was assayed by ELISA. (E) At 24 h post-CLP, colon tissues were stained for histological analysis. Ly6G and IL-17A were used to detect immune cells recruitment and inflammatory cytokine secretion.
