Network model for transcriptional regulation of Human Breast epithelial tissue, assembled by ARACNe from 1,047 breast carcinoma tumors profiled by The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). It is distributed as an R-system object ("regul") as required by the VIPER algorithm (https://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/viper.html).
