Housing and council housing in Poland

This data set includes data from two sources, agragated for communities in Poland. Data from Bank of Local Data (Bank Danych Lokalnych http://www.stat.gov.pl/bdl/app/strona.html?p_name=indeks) includes: number of dwellings in teritorial unit in 1995, 2002, 2009 and number of council flats in the same periods. Number of households and number of housholds living without other households in the same flat in 2002 are taken from Polish Census of 2002. Additionally this data set includes data about vacant houses in 2002.
