A
subgroup of cows (n = 5/diet) was randomly selected for analysis of liver
transcriptome profile. Liver biopsy was collected at the end of 14-week
feeding to measure mRNA profiles using RNAseq. Analysis of differently
expressed genes (DEG) was performed using DESeq2. Dynamic Impact Approach (DIA),
Database for Annotation, Visualization and Integrated Discovery (DAVID), and
ClueGO were used for bioinformatics analysis of DEG. There were 504 DEG with
Padj ≤ 0.05 with 81 up-regulated and 423 down-DEG in CS vs. MF.
