Blue denotes decreased (negative log2 ratio) and red denotes increased (positive log2 ratio) phosphorylation levels. White denotes small, but significant alteration. Black denotes no significant alteration. Unsupervised hierarchical clustering of the kinase peptide substrate phosphorylations was performed based on similarities in treatment response. The peptide ID indicates names of substrates on the array.
