H_cinaedi_Pearson_Matrix.csv

For various microaerobic and aerobic culture conditions (9 conditions, 39 total replicates), RNA-seq was performed on Helicobacter cinaedi ATCC BAA-847.  For each replicate, RPKM values were calculated for all non-ribosomal ORFs in the genome.  Across these experimental replicates, RPKM-based Pearson coefficients were calculated for each gene-gene pair.  This file set includes a Pearson matrix summarizing all pairwise values (H_cinaedi_Pearson_Matrix.csv), as well as a matrix of the corresponding P-values for the analysis (Pearson_p_value_matrix.csv).  For convenience, an additional file (H_cin_Gene_Summary.xlsx) summarizes the identity of the genes themselves.  For additional experimental and analytic details, please refer to manuscript associated with this study.
