Gold Open Access Journals 2011-2015
datasetposted on 31.05.2016 by Walt Crawford
Datasets usually provide raw data for analysis. This raw data often comes in spreadsheet form, but can be any collection of data, on which analysis can be performed.
This dataset is the result of a comprehensive analysis of serious open access journals in the Directory of Open Access Journals as of December 31, 2015. Starting with DOAJ data (journal title, URL, publisher, starting date) the dataset adds Article Processing Charge (if any), article counts for 2011-2015, and whether journal is in trimmed DOAJ as of May 2016.
