This fileset contains two genotype files used in the following manuscript:
Yang CJ, et al. (2019) The genetic architecture of teosinte catalyzed and constrained maize domestication. Proc Natl Acad Sci USA.
The genotype files are coded in Hapmap format, and can be read by TASSEL (https://www.maizegenetics.net/tassel) or any programs that recognize tab-delimited files (e.g. R). The "teosinte_genotype.hmp.txt" file contains 4,455 individuals and 34,899 imputed SNP markers from teosinte population. The "maize_landrace_genotype.hmp.txt" file contains 4,398 individuals and 40,255 imputed SNP markers from maize landrace population.
