The genomes of three potential biocontrol bacterial isolates, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens (BTLK6A), B. subtilis (BTS-3), and B. amyloliquefaciens (BTS-4) were analysed to gain insights into the underlying molecular basis of their inhibitory activities against the wheat blast fungus Magnaporthe oryzae Triticum (MoT) pathotype.
