GC Content versus Genome Size - NCBI 2013 Completed Bacterial Genomes
This is the bacteria genome dataset from NCBI for Novemeber 2013. Only genomes with the Completed status were used. In addtion genomes that did not have a complete set of data (size, GC content, # genes and # proteins) were excluded.
