Ancestral state estimation of patterns of evolutionary transition between major types of habitats within Lepidodactylus s.l.: (A) four-state habitat state model and (B) two-state habitat model dichotomised by predicted biotic diversity and complexity (i.e Lowland Rainforest v. all other habitat). Branch labels values are posterior probability of ancestral state estimation from BEAST using simple Lewis model.
