Phylogenetic tree of the study species used for statistical correction of phylogenetic signal in all analyses and for analysis of substitution rate. This tree was created from species’ consensus barcode sequences using the programs “RAxML” through the “raxmlGUI v1.5b1” interface and “FigTree” (http://tree.bio.ed.ac.uk/software/figtree/). Node support is given as % bootstrap replications.
