Growth of DENV-2 strains in Aag-2 cells in tissue culture after 1, 3, 5, and 7 days post-infection, as measured by real-time PCR. Post hoc analysis (Tukey) revealed overall significant differences in virus titer between day 1 and the other time points ( zD1-D3=7.068, zD1-D5= 9.622, zD1-D7=8.141; p < 0.001) but no significant differences were detected among subsequent time points (zD3-D5=2.553, p=0.0521; zD3-D7=1.071, p=0.7071 and zD5-D7= -1.482, p=0.4485). Mean titers and 95% CI are represented by a red dot and corresponding whiskers.; Growth of DENV-2 strains in Aag-2 cells in tissue culture at 5 days post-infection as measured by real-time PCR.
